PSG get ‘inside information’ on where Nico Williams will play next season

Based on insider information reaching PSG, Nico Williams will play for Athletic Club next season, Diario Sport reveals.

PSG manager Luis Enrique wanted Nico to replace Kylian Mbappe on his left-wing. The Spanish manager called the player and discussed how he would fit in with the Parisians but Williams turned down all advances.

It is said that Williams confirmed to Enrique that he wouldn’t leave Bilbao this summer for any club.

This perhaps is why Barca are yet to get a definite response from Williams regarding his future. Maybe Barca already have an answer from the players but refuses to reveal it to their sources.

Some Spanish sources say Barca are still hopeful they can sign Williams this summer, but that can be taken with a pinch of salt.

What we can believe is that Dani Olmo wants to join Barca and the club already made a proposal to Leipzig for his signature. But even that deal may yet be fumbled by Barca.
