Has Yamal’s rumoured girlfriend really switched her religion after starting to date Lamine?

A fan nicknamed Nur Asia on X has noticed one interesting change in the style of Alex Padilla, Lamine Yamal’s reported girlfriend.

“She switched her Christian necklace to an Islamic after dating him 😂”

Although it’s indeed common for Muslims to wear a moon necklace, it usually goes along with a star which is another distinctive symbol of the religion.

Wearing a simple moon necklace doesn’t necessarily mean being a Muslim – this is also a symbol of female power, intuition and kindness… or maybe Alex simply found it good-looking.

Lamine and Alex most likely have different religions, but it doesn’t prevent them from being a loving couple.
