Speaking to the media at one of the France’s recent pressers, Jules Kounde has brushed off all the Barcelona exit rumours – the 25-year-old defender’s been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia of all places lately.
“Leaving? I don’t even think about it. I am one of Barca’s key players, one of the leaders in the dressing room and I am very reliable. That’s perhaps one of the things I’m most proud of.
“This season, apart from the time Gavi injured my knee when he accidentally bumped into me, I haven’t had a single physical problem to complain about. I am very proud of it because it is the result of a hard work,” he concluded.
