Lamine Yamal creates history to help Spain win Euro 2024 title

Lamine Yamal produced a memorable performance in Spain’s 2-1 win over England in Euro 2024 final, helping them win their fourth championship.

The Barcelona winger got the assist for the first goal, smartly playing in Nico Williams in the box.

He ends the tournament with four assists, which is the joint-most any player has managed in a single Euros’ tournament.

Yamal is also the first-ever player in European Championship history to score or assist a goal in the quarter-final, semi-final and final in a single edition.

Lamine has won his first-ever major international trophy with La Roja and will hope to win big trophies with Barca next season.

Along with him, Fermin Lopez, Ferran Torres and Pedri will also get winning medals after playing parts in their victory.
