Nico Williams drops MASSIVE hints about joining Barca after slow start at Bilbao

Nico Williams has failed to make a goal contribution for Athletic Bilbao this season. The winger couldn’t help as Atletico Madrid beat Bilbao at their 1-0.

Now Williams says his future remains open as he could still leave Bilbao following his slow start to the season.

“My heart is Bilbao, but nobody knows what will happen in the future,” Williams told DAZN.

“It’s always good when big teams want you. But I always said that I wanted to be here.

“If there was anything, it was from my agent. But I wanted to play in Europe with Bilbao,” Williams adds.

Barca have been superb this season, scoring for fun and winning games without stress. It seems like they really don’t need a player like Williams, not with Raphinha playing so well.
