Last night Lebron James turned into Steph Curry, and he was unstoppable.
Then Luka did the unthinkable against the Rockets but we also had a last second drama in Madison Square Garden. Last night was thrilling, and we have to start in New York.
The Knicks were scratching and clawing to stay in the game against the Thunder, but Jalen Williams was on fire.
He had 33 points in this game but in this absolutely wild finish, Williams misses not one but both free throws with 43 seconds to go.

And that would set up an absolutely wild sequence of events after the foul on Brunson. Just watch this. Buut it’s still Knick ball, so you know who’s got it at the end. This is where things escalate, and unfortunately for Knicks fans including yours truly, you know that it’s time for SGA. What a shot by Shai to give the Thunder the lead in the final seconds, but there’s still time left for one final shot. Wooow you see that Brunson was wide open under the basket for a split second but Donte could not see him from out of bounds. What a game, the Knicks lose a second straight heartbreaker, as OKC stays at the top of the West with this win.
Moving on. I knew that Luka was bound to explode when he did this even before the game started. So, once they got up and running, Doncic started to cook. This was the first of five step back threes in the first quarter for him. 5 stepback triples. He went god mode. And once he dropped this one, it was game over. 47 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists on 9 for 16 from downtown. But this was the cherry on top. Yeah, it was that kind of night for him, securing the 7th straight win for Dallas as all of a sudden they are number 5 in the west. Maaan the playoff race is going to be stunning. Speaking of the playoff race, every game is a must win for Golden State, so they had to come out firing against the Spurs.
His performance from downtown however was nothing compared to what Lebron did against Brooklyn. James played like a man possessed going 9 for 10 from beyond the arc. Are you kidding me?! 40 points on 90% from downtown is ludicrous. And once he knew it was on, in the fourth quarter it was nothing but heat checks for him. What a night for Lebron.
And would you believe me if I told you that in year 21 he’s shooting a career high 41.6% from outside? He’s transforming into an elite three point shooter. Speaking of elite, Kyle Anderson is not even elite, but the absolute goat at moving slow on the court. The way that he’s fooling everyone while seemingly walking is hilarious. I made an entire video highlighting his greatest hits so you gotta check it out right here. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.
