Toni Kroos becomes first player responding to Gundogan leaving Barca for free
The German midfielder is reportedly close to re-joining Man City as a free agent only a year after leaving them.
Former Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has become the first prominent personality to react to the move.
He commented on Fabrizio Romano’s post confirming Gundogan’s exit on Instagram and simply replied: ‘WOW’.
Gundogan has reportedly agreed to leave Barca to help the club financially. His departure should help Barca register new players into their La Liga squad and also make a few signings.
