What Lamine Yamal shouted to the camera seconds after final whistle – it’s a jibe at France player

Lamine Yamal made sure his voice was heard loud and clear.

Just moments after the final whistle in the Euro semifinal between France and Spain, the Barcelona winger walked up to the camera and shouted “Speak now!”

This was a pointed retort to Adrien Rabiot, who had questioned Yamal before the game.

“Lamine has a lot of qualities. He can perform at the club level and in major tournaments, but it will be up to us to apply pressure and show him he needs to do more to succeed,” the French midfielder had told the media.

Yamal took to social media to respond with a cryptic message on Instagram.

His on-pitch response was even better, though.. The young star delivered the MOTM performance, scoring one of the most stunning goals of the tournament.

This weekend, he’ll play in his first major international final — just a day after turning 17.
