The LA Lakers are still winless in the NBA Summer League but they are drawing attention mostly for Bronny James’ struggles in every game. In their fourth loss against the Rockets, Bronny only managed to make eight points. This disappointment extends to the team’s management, evident in General Manager Rob Pelinka’s face which was recently captured on camera.
Seeing Rob frustrated, upset Lakers fans are also sharing humorous comments over Bronny’s performance. The clip has now become a viral topic. Bronny James Continues to Struggle with His Performance
Bronny James is facing a learning curve in the NBA which is evident in his back-to-back Summer League struggles. He had a terrible performance against the Houston Rockets. In the game, he just scored eight points on 3-of–14 shooting, with zero points coming from three-point range. Still, he made an effort to assist and contribute in other ways with five rebounds and two steals.

In the post-game conference, the 19-year-old said, “I’m just looking forward to any basketball I play, no matter what level I’m playing at. I just feel like I’m in a little slump right now.” After the last match, it is clear that his defensive abilities have been impressive, but he still has room to grow as a shooter. His ability to shoot the ball might make him an asset to the Los Angeles Lakers in the future.
