Mikayil Faye leaves Barca

Mikayil Faye has joined Rennes from Barcelona for €10.3m.

Barca include a €25m buy-back clause for the Senegalese and keep 30 per cent of the player’s future sale fee.

The Catalans signed Faye for just €1.5m last summer. The centre-back played a full season with Barca Atletic and completed pre-season with the first team. He reportedly failed to impress Hansi Flick, however.
