Leo Messi’s Barca shirt held high at Bernabeu again
Fans at the Santiago Bernabeu have once again seen a man holding Leo Messi’s Barcelona jersey.
This time, it wasn’t Leo but an Argentine streamer Lautaro Del Campo, ‘La Cobra’, who has won his boxing fight against Diego Iglesias, ‘Guanyar’. Both are Twitch streamers who are quite famous in Spanish-speaking countries. Del Campo, in particular, was named the Best Sports Streamer of the Year in 2022.
‘La Cobra’ is a big fan of Leo Messi – and he has actually lifted Leo’s Barca shirt at Real Madrid’s home stadium after winning the fight. Wow.
Before the clash, Del Campo was asked if he was bothered about fighting at the Bernabeu.
“It motivates me. I like it because my idol is Messi and I really like fighting in the courtyard of his house,” he replied.
