Local TV station WSVN reported that Travis Scott was involved in an argument with the crew on a chartered boat in Miami around midnight. “He was drunk, disruptive and asked to leave multiple times,” a police representative said. Police also said Travis became angry, yelled obscenities, was asked to leave but then returned to cause trouble again.

The jailhouse affidavit described Travis as smelling strongly of alcohol, and the rapper later admitted to drinking, explaining, “This is Miami.” Travis Scott’s representative has not yet responded to requests for comment.

The Sicko Mode hitmaker is taking a break before heading out on a European tour next week, starting in the Netherlands on June 28.

Travis Scott has gotten into trouble in the past for getting into fights. Last month, the rapper got into a fight with music producer Alexander Edwards – a close friend of rapper Tyga – in Cannes. Tyga – Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend from 2014 to 2017 – was also in the room at the time. A source told Page Six that Travis and his group of friends were aggressive, acting erratically and were the aggressors. However, no one was arrested after the fight.

In 2015, Travis Scott was first arrested for disorderly conduct after inciting fans to rush the stage. Two years later, the rapper was booked into police custody for inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of minors after encouraging fans to come on stage at a concert in Arkansas.

In November 2021, Travis was accused of ignoring a crowd that pushed and shoved, causing 10 deaths at his Houston concert. The rapper was not prosecuted by police, but he was sued by many fans and families of those killed.
