‘Dani Olmo makes zero sense’: Barca fans demand one signing that could solve club’s biggest problem

Barcelona are eyeing two blockbuster summer signings: Nico Williams and Dani Olmo. The latter is the priority for now, although sporting director Deco is also keen to orchestrate Olmo’s return to Catalonia.

However, the signing of a midfielder seems no longer a priority for Barcelona. But it remains the weakest spot in the Barca squad. If Barca don’t get a new midfielder, only Oriol Romeu and Ílkay Gündogan are in conditions to do the pre-season with the first team, since Frenkie of Jong, Pedri and Gavi are all injured.

So, Barca risk spending a solid amount of money and not solving their main problem.
