Kodak Black Fires Back At Plies Amid Criticism About Trump Shooting | iHeartRadio

Kodak Black isn’t feeling Plies’ stance about former President Donald Trump after he survived an assassination attempt.

During an Instagram Live session on Sunday, July 14, ‘Yak went off on Plies for criticizing the Republican presidential candidate after he was shot at during a rally in Pennsylvania. The loyal Trump supporter warned the veteran Florida rapper to “fall back.”

“We ain’t gon’ for no Trump slander, bruh,” Kodak said into the camera. “You gotta get off that s**t Plies. Trump ain’t did nuthin’ to you, you feel me? You rich, bruh, we rich.”

“Fall back, ’cause s**t can get mafioso, boy,” he concluded.

Plies has been a staunch opponent of Trump’s reelection campaign for quite some time. The “Bust It Baby” rapper has made numerous reprehensive posts about Trump, especially within the past few months. He mocked the former president when he became a convicted felon a few months ago following the publicized hush money trial. He also criticized Trump for lying about not being involved with Project 2025 — a controversial initiative to install conservative and right-wing policy proposals to alter the federal government as we know it.

When the shooting occurred, Plies took to social media and joined the chorus of people who believed the dramatic event was “staged.” He also made it clear he didn’t have any sympathy for the former president and accused him of fanning the flames of hate that got us to this point for the past eight years.

“It’s Hard To Feel Sorry For A Bully!!! It Really Is!!! Especially A Nasty One!! God Is Real!!” Plies wrote.

The “Super Gremlin” rapper has been a loyal advocate for Trump even before Trump commuted his prison sentence in 2021. The presidential pardon led to his release from prison after he was sentenced to nearly four years behind bars for lying on an application to buy a firearm. As of this report, Plies has not responded to Kodak Black.
