As one of the biggest names in network TV, Mariska Hargitay is best known for her portrayal of detective Olivia Benson in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

The actress landed the role in the crime series in 1999, which became the longest-running prime-time live-action series in U.S. TV history some 20 years later.

The actress has amassed a mammoth net worth from her tenure on the series that has paid for sprawling properties across New York.

Today, the 59-year-old shares an impressive property in the Hamptons with her husband, actor Peter Hermann, and their three kids.

Stretching over a surface area of 1.41 acres, the house includes 11 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a guesthouse.

The mansion is situated on Cottage Lane in the East Hamptons and was purchased for $7.34 million, down from an original asking price of $8.9 million.

The propertym decorated by Lorraine Kirke, the mother of the Girls star Jemima Kirke, adds to Hargitay’s impressive real estate in the in the Big Apple.

In 2018, The Law and Order Star made headlines after adding her stunning New York City townhouse to the market for a staggering $10.75 million.

The six-floor upper west side property boasted five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three powder rooms, spanning approximately 7,000 square feet. 

The space also came equipped with an elevator and foot top dep, with floor-to-ceiling windows welcoming in lights across the property’s many floors.  

According to Architectural Digest, the property sold for $9.75, which was slightly lower than the asking price and the sum they purchased it for in 2012, according to Business Insider.
