‘Not even a box presence anymore’: Barca fans unhappy with Lewandowski

Barcelona are 0-0 at half-time against Monaco in the Joan Gamper Trophy.

Robert Lewandowski has been a disappointment overall in the first half, failing to control the ball properly on one occasion and shooting instead of passing to a teammate on another.

“I really don’t know what Lewandowski offers you, he’s not even a box presence anymore,” a Barca fan Neal Gardner tweeted.

“Can’t move, can’t run, can’t press, can’t even position himself to be a poacher. What are we doing? The thought of him being indispensable gives me chills, man. It’s ridiculous.”
