Previously listed at $19.95M, the estate, handled by Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Company, is guaranteed to sell for $7M or more during the auction on July 12, as reported by HouseBeautiful.com.

The 12-bedroom estate, built for entrepreneur Frank Winfield Woolworth in 1915-1916, is a historic gem designed by American architect C.P.H. Gilbert. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, ensuring its preservation.
