Yamal assists Real Madrid player for Spain’s third goal v Croatia, breaks ANOTHER record in the process

Not only is Lamine Yamal the youngest player to feature at the Euros, but he is also the youngest to assist a goal at the tournament now.

Delivering a beautiful pass to Dani Carvajal around the halftime mark, the 16-year-old winger set another record, surpassing Wayne Rooney’s previous achievement at 18 years and 244 days in 2004.

What’s interesting is that it was not only Lamine’s first assist at the tournament, but also Carvajal’s first goal at the Euros – both players have made their debuts at the Euros today and celebrated their goal together!
